Talk to an expert
At Operation Sidekick, you can have a confidential one-on-one call with a friendly, experienced advisor who understands anxiety from personal experience. In a chat lasting up to 30 minutes, you’ll receive personalised guidance, support, and information on anxiety, providing you with space to talk about your concerns and find a way forward.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) helps break negative cycles of anxiety by examining your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Focusing on current concerns and sometimes past traumas, CBT involves practical exercises like journaling, behavioural experiments, and homework to reinforce strategies for daily anxiety management. A typical course includes 6-15 weekly sessions of 50-60 minutes each.
All our sessions are available face-to-face, by phone, or via webcam.
